lyn as county judge of and for the county of Kings, reported the same to the Senate for confirmation.

Mr. Burlingame moved that the said nomination of Marcus B. Campbell be confirmed.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said motion, and it was decided in the affirmative.

Mr. Sage, from the committee on finance, to which was referred the nomination of Charles J. McDermott of the borough of Brooklyn as county judge of and for the county of Kings, reported the same to the Senate for confirmation.

Mr. Lockwood moved that the said nomination of Charles J. McDermott be confirmed.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said motion, and it was decided in the affirmative.
