Mr. Edwards moved that the Senate resolve itself into Committee of the Whole, upon bills on the Calendar.

After some time spent therein the Committee arose, and through their Chairman made the following report:

Senate Bill No. 12, An act to amend an act relating to the conveyance of real estate,

And recommend that it be passed as amended.

Senate Bill No. 35, An act to amend sections 601 and 608 of chapter 80 of the General Statutes of Kansas,

And recommend that it be passed subject to amendment and debate on third reading.
