Senate Bill No. 63, To amend an act entitled an act to amend an act entitled an act to incorporate and establish the city of Leavenworth, Kansas territory, and for revising and repealing all laws and parts of laws heretofore enacted on that subject, approved February 27, 1872, And recommend that it be recommitted to the Leavenworth delegation as a Special Committee, and retain its place upon the Calendar. Senate Bill No. 13, An act making an appropriation for the State Asylum for the Deaf and Dumb, And recommend that it be referred to the Committee on Ways and Means, and retain its place upon the Calendar. House Bill No. 5, An act authorizing the county commissioners of Cowley county, Kansas, to issue bonds to liquidate the indebtedness of said county, And recommend that it be passed over and retain its place upon the Calendar.
