We find no record of this Constitution. Its purpose was "the occupation of government and railroad lands for the purpose of founding a Colony"; "to help establish every member's independent existence"; "to mutually bind themselves to further the existence of each member." There are nine articles to the document, which is not only wretchedly printed, but orthographically quite wonderful.
