Mr. Cullop offered the following amendment to House Bill No. 512:

MR. SPEAKER:

I move to amend House Bill No. 512 by striking out all of said bill after the enacting clause and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, That the General Assembly shall consist of fifty Senators and one hundred Representatives.

SEC. 2. The Senators shall be apportioned among the several counties as follows, to wit:

SEC. 4. All laws and parts of laws in conflict with the provisions of this act shall be and the same are hereby repealed.
