By Mr. Fell: House bill No. 336, An act relating to judicial districts, and providing for holding terms of court the rein, and repealing sections 11 and 12, chapter 118, laws of 1889, and all other acts and parts of acts in conflict with this act.

Also, House bill No. 337, An act authorizing the county superintendent of public instruction of Pawnee county to abolish school district No. 26 and attach the territory of said school district to the adjoining school districts and to divide the funds and property of said district No. 26.

By Mr. McKeever: House bill No. 338, An act declaring bicycles to be baggage, supplemental to section 1 of chapter 124, laws of Kansas, 1883, and providing penalties for the violation.

Also, House bill No. 339, An act to regulate the demand or collection by owners, operators, managers or agents of water, telephone, gas or electric-light plants, and to prescribe the penalty for the violation thereof.

By Mr. Jaquins: House bill No. 340, An act relating to elections in cities of the second and third class.

By Mr. Geissler: House bill No. 341, An act granting to the superintndent of Logan county, Kansas, the power to disorganize partially depopulated school districts and attach the same to adjoining district or districts for school purposes.

By Mr. Shouse: House bill No. 342, An act relating to taxation and redemption and amendatory of sections 2, 3 and 5 of chapter 110 of the session laws of 1893 of the state of Kansas, which chapter was amendatory of sections 6940, 6976, 6981, 6988 and 6996 of the general statutes of 1893.

act to authorize minors to gain an independent residence in cities and towns for school purposes.

House bill No. 289, An act making an appropriation to reimburse Ellsworth county, Kansas, for fees paid the sheriff of said county.

House bill No. 286, An act to regulate assessments and to provide home rule in taxation.

House bill No. 292, An act to amend an act entitled "An act relating to counties and county officers," being chapter 25 of the general statutes of the state of Kansas of 1889, and to repeal section 220 of said act.
