ing real estate, and of enabling the members thereof to be-
come owners of lots of ground and, if deemed desirable, of
houses thereon to be erected.

manufacture and put up all machinery and buildings di-
rectly or indirectly incidental and appertaining to a plant
therefor.

Making and manufacturing steam engines and all kinds of
implements, tools and ware from iron, steel and brass, and

purchase and laying of street mains and connections for

public and domestic use, to the borough of South Chester,
county of Delaware, State of Pennsylvania, and such per-
sons, partnerships and corporations residing therein or ad-
jacent thereto as may desire the same.

The purchase, erection and maintenance of works, and the
purchase and laying of street mains and connections for
the supply of water, and the furnishing of the same for
public and domestic use to the borough of North Chester,
county of Delaware, State of Pennsylvania, and such per-
sons, partnerships and corporations residing therein or ad-
jacent thereto as may desire the same.

The purchase, erection and maintenance of works, and the purchase and laying of street mains and connections for the supply of water, and the furnishing of the same for public and domestic use to the borough of Upland, county of Delaware, State of Pennsylvania, and such persons, partnerships and corporations residing therein or adjacent thereto as may desire the same.

Creating, purchasing, holding and selling patent rights for inventions and designs, with the right to issue licenses for the same and receive pay therefor, and as incidental thereto to manufacture and sell machinery covered thereby.
