AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION.

An Act to amend the Eleventh Clause of the Fifth Article of the Constitution of this State, and, also, to amend an Act amendatory of the Twelth Clause of the Fifth Article of the Constitution of this State, and adopted by the Third and Fourth General Assemblies so as to give the election of Judges to the people.

2. An Act to amend the Seventeenth Clause of the Fifth Article of the Constitution of this State.

PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION.

1. An Act to alter and amend the Fourteenth and Twenty-Third Clauses of the Third Article, and the Thirteenth and Sixteenth Clauses, of the Fifth Article, of the Constitution of this State.
