1. The laundresses of companies are not permitted to come into the quarters of the men. They must be kept in their own quarters, and the clothing sent to them and sent for.

JI. Any officer who permits a woman, black or white, not his wife, in his quarters, or the quarters of his company, will be clismissed the service.

No person coming as a commissioned officer, to join the troops of this Depart. ment, shall be assigned for duty until such person shall have Girst reported himself to these Headquarters.
