AN ACT to prevent the loaning of the School Fund by the Superintendent of Public Instruction. SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Prohibition State of Iowa, That the Superintendent of Public Instruction be and is hereby prohibited from loaning or parting with the possession of any moneys now in his possession, belonging to the School Fund, except as provided for at the present session of the General Assembly, until otherwise authorized by act of the General Assembly.
