Weymouth and Joseph P. Weeks;" and that they had examined and found duly enrolled, the bill, entitled "An act for the relief of Arthur St. Clair;" the bill, entitled "An act for the relief of P. C. L'Enfant;" the bill, entitled "An act making further appropriations for completing the capitol, and for other purposes;" the bill, entitled "An act allowing compensation to Robert Robinson;" also the bill, entitled "An act making appropriations for carrying into effect certain Indian treaties."

Mr. President-The Speaker of the House of Representatives having signed several enrolled bills, I am directed to bring them to the Senate, for the signature of their President. And he withdrew.

The President signed the five enrolled bills, last reported to have been examined, and they were delivered to the committee, to be laid before the President of the United States.

Mr. Crawford, from the joint committee, reported that they had waited on the President of the United States, who informed them, that he had no further communications to make to the two Houses of Congress.

Ordered, That the secretary notify the House of Representatives, that the Senate having finished the business before them, are about to adjourn.
