Warren against the State of New York, for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained on the twenty-first day of October, nineteen hundred and twenty-two, on the State highway leading from Salem to Granville, by reason of the negligence of the State of New York, its officers, agents or servants, and to render judgment therefor."
