The CHAIRMAN. Mr. Nickels, who is your first witness? Mr. NICKELS. We will call Mr. Mauer. Mr. HANGER. We want the other witnesses excluded. Mr. NICKELS. There are some other witnesses in the room, Mr. Chairman. I do not know whether the rule would be applied to them. Mr. HANGER. We would like to request that the rule be applied to them. The CHAIRMAN. Mr. MAUER. About 11 years. Mr. NICKELS. What is your business? Mr. MAUER. Dry-goods business. Mr. NICKELS. Have you a store at Somerville? Mr. MAUER. Yes, sir. Mr. NICKELS.
