At a special session of the Legislature of the State of Mississippi, convened in the Capitol, in the city of Jackson, on Tuesday, the 2d day of January, 1894, in compliance with the Constitution and laws of the State of Mississippi Be it remembered, That on the day and year aforesaid the members of the House of Representatives assembled in their chamber, and at 12 o'clock M., were called to order by Speaker H.
