REPORT OF COMMITTEE ON ENROLLED BILLS.

MR. SPEAKER-Your committee on enrolled bills respectfully report that they have this day sent to the governor for his approval:

Substitute for House, file No. 215, a bill for an act repealing sections two thousand seven hundred and two (2702), two thousand seven hundred and three (2703), two thousand seven hundred and five (2705) of the code, and chapter eighty (Ɛ0), of the laws of the Twenty-seventh General Assembly, and amending chapter eight (8) of title thirteen (13) of the code, in relation to industrial schools.

Also, House file No. 146, a bill for an act to amend the military code of Iowa.

Also, House file No. 413, a bill for an act to provide for the general levy for state purposes for the year nineteen hundred (1900) and subsequent years.

Also, House file No. 304, a bill for an act to provide for the greater purity of elections, for the casting, registering, recording and counting of ballots or votes by means of voting machines, and supplementary to, and in aid of, the present election laws.

Also, creating a board of voting machine commissioners and defining their duties, and repealing all laws in conflict with this act.

Also, joint resolution No. 7, fixing the number and compensation of employes in the department of state at the seat of government.

The committee appointed to wait on the governor reported its duty performed and stated that the governor had no further communications to to make to the Twenty-eighth General Assembly.

The committee was then discharged.

The committee appointed to inform the Senate that the House was ready to adjourn sine die reported the duty performed.

The committee was discharged.

Mr. Byers moved that the Twenty-eighth General Assembly now adjourn sine die.

The motion prevailed, and at 12 o'clock the Speaker's gavel fell and the House adjourned sine die.
