ARTICLE XVI. It shall be the duty of the Secretary of this Association, at least twenty days before the time fixed for the annual meeting of the Georgia Bar Association, to furnish to the Secretary of that Association a report giving the names of the officers of this Association, the number of members, the names of any members who may have died during the preceding year, and the number of new members elected during the year, together with any other facts of general interest and any additional information which may be called for by the Secretary of the said Georgia Bar Association. The Secretary shall also furnish to the Secretary of the Georgia Bar Association the names of the delegates elected to represent this Association at the annual meeting of that Association. |
