ALTGELD, Governor of Illinois : SIR: I have the honor to submit herewith a report of the transactions of the revenue department of this office, together with brief mention of other departments connected with the office, from which quarterly or annual reports are required by law, and have been made from time to time. The arrangement is by tabular statements, as follows: 1. Receipts and disbursements of General Revenue Fund. 2. Receipts and disbursements of Special State Funds. 3. Detail of warrants drawn on the Treasury for all purposes. 4. Recapitulation of warrants drawn on the Treasury. 5. Warrants outstanding October 1, 1892, and September 30, 1894. 6. Condition of School, College and Seminary Funds. Fees collected and paid into the State Treasury. 8. Summary of the State Treasurer's account with the several State Funds. 9. School Tax Fund and Interest on the School Fund, distributed to the several counties, for the years 1892 and 1893. 10. Aggregate amount of State taxes charged on tax books for the year 1892, the amount of abatements, commissions, etc., the net amount collected, and the amount received at the State Treasury on ac count thereof. 11.
