No- 1. An act authorizing and restricting the issue of bonds, by counties, cities and towns, for the building of court houses, jails, bridges and other internal improvements.

No. 3. An Act to regulate the practice of dentistry and punish violators thereof, for the Territory of New Mexico. No. 4. An Act to prohibit bribery, concerning elections, and nominating conventions and prescribing the punishment for any violation thereof.

No. 6. An Act providing for the appointment of a Territorial superintendent of public instruction, defining his duties and repealing sections 1114 and 1115 of the Compiled Laws
