Answer: The revenues of the national parks are deposited into the Treasury to the credit of miscellaneous receipts in compliance with the act of July 19, 1919 (40 Stat. 153). The miscellaneous revenues of Hot Springs National Park were available for expenditure until the passage of the act of May 24, 1922 (42 Stat. 590). Prior to the enactment of the above acts the revenues of the national parks were available for expenditure for park purposes. 11.
