Staff Assistant-Surgeon Seth Sam, on appointment to the Staff, should have succeeded Assistant-Surgeon Henry James Rogers as superseded, and not as placed on half-pay, as stated in the Gazette of the 6th December,

Lieutenant John Anthony Kysh, Paymaster 91st Foot, to have the honorary rank of Captain, under the Royal Warrant of the 27th January, 1860. Dated 7th November, 1861.

Paymaster John Giddings, 32nd Foot, to have the honorary rank of Captain, under the Royal Warrant of the 27th January, 1860. Dated 28th November, 1861. Inspector-General of Hospitals Donald Butter, retired Bengal Medical Department, should have had the letters M.D., inserted after his name in Gazette of 3rd ultimo.
