This Association shall be known as "THE WASHINGTON STATE BAR ASSOCIATION." II. OBJECTS. The objects of this Association are to cultivate the science of jurisprudence, promote the administration of justice in this State, uphold and advance the standard of integrity, honor and courtesy in the legal profession, and to establish and cherish a spirit of brotherhood among its members. III. MEMBERSHIP. All reputable members of the Bar of the State of Washington, who shall have been duly elected to membership and shall sign this Constitution, may become members of this Association by paying the sum prescribed as admission fee. IV. The officers of this Association shall consist of one President, a first, second and third Vice President, a Secretary and a Treasurer. The above named officers shall, ex-officio, compose an Executive Committee, whose duties shall be such as usually devolve upon such officers. The same person shall not be elected President two years in succession. |
