Therefore, in sad remembrance be it Resolved, That the members of the bar of the Supreme Court of Utah are profoundly grieved over the death of Walter Murphy, their kind friend and associate. Resolved. That we lament the loss of the brilliant advocate and learned lawyer, and cherish the memory of the man and citizen.
