Be it enacted by the Senate and 2 House of Representatives in Legislature assem3 bled, That an Act entitled an Act prohibiting 4 the emission and circulation of Bank Bills of a 5 Small denomination and certain others, approved 6 by the Governor March nineteenth, one thousand 7 eight hundred and thirty-six, be, and the same is 8 hereby repealed. SECT. 2. Be it further enacted, That this Act 2 shall take effect and be in force from and after its 3 approval by the Governor. |
