Webster, member of the Illinois Industrial Survey, appointed by the governor in 1918, which was read by him before the Illinois Women's Legislative Congress at their meeting, December 28, 1920. It deals with the physiological basis for the shorter working day for women in industry and is important from the point of view of fatigue and studies made on production.
