Ninth Circuit. 23.2 [Paragraph 8 of rule 23 was amended March 2, 1900, so as to read as follows:] 8. At the time of filing the record and docketing the cause, counsel for the plaintiff in error or appellant in patent cases may furnish the clerk with copies of patent-office drawings and specifications to be used as inserts, and the same, if in proper form and of convenient size, shall be used in printing the record. 28.3 [Rule 28 was amended March 2, 1900, so as to read as follows:] OPINIONS OF THE COURT. The original opinions of the court shall be filed with the clerk of this court for preservation, and when so filed they shall be deemed to have been recorded within the meaning of this rule.
