The Senate bill (No. 25, Int. No. 25) entitled "An act to amend the General Business Law, in relation to monopolies," was read the third time.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to the final passage of said bill, the same having been printed and upon the desks of the members in its final form for three calendar legislative days, and it was decided in the affirmative, a majority of all the Senators elected voting in favor thereof, and three-fifths being present as follows:

Ordered, That the Clerk deliver said bill to the Assembly, and request their concurrence therein.

The Senate bill (No. 189, Int. No. 189) entitled "An act to abolish the Bronx parkway commission, created by chapter five hundred and ninety-four of the Laws of nineteen hundred and seven, entitled 'An act to provide for preserving the waters of the Bronx river from pollution; creating a reservation of the lands on either side of the river; authorizing the taking of lands for that purpose, and providing for the payment thereof; and appointing a commission to carry out the purposes of the act,' and providing for the devolution of their powers and duties, and that expenditures hereafter made for the acquisition and improvement of lands and the maintenance thereof within the city of New York shall be borne by such city, and in the county of Westchester by said county," was read the third time.

Mr. Dunnigan moved to reconsider the vote by which said bill was lost, and that this motion lie upon the table.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said motion to lay upon the table and it was decided in the affirmative.

The Senate bill (No. 1794, Int. No. 1285) entitled "An act to amend the State Charities Law, in relation to children," was read the third time.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to the final passage of said bill, the same having been printed and upon the desks of the members in its final form for three calendar legislative days, and it was decided in the affirmative, a majority of all the Senators elected voting in favor thereof, and three-fifths being present as follows:

No. 620) entitled "An act in relation to the Children's Court of the city of New York," having been announced for third reading, Mr. Antin moved that said bill be recommitted to the committee on the judiciary with instructions to said committee to report the same forthwith, amended as follows:

Page 3, between lines 18 and 19 insert "67. Saving clause." Page 3, line 19, change the numeral "67" to "68".

Page 3, line 20, change the numeral "68" to "69".

Page 9, line 4, after the word "justices" strike out the comma. Page 9, line 5, strike out the entire line.

Page 9, line 6, strike out the words "counties to which this act

is made applicable and".

Page 32, line 9, strike out the words "board of".

Page 36, between lines 4 and 5 insert "67. Saving clause."

Page 36, line 5, change the numeral "67" to "68".

Page 36, line 6, change the numeral "68" to "69".

Page 38, line 9, after the word "of" insert "article thirty-seven and ".

Page 40, line 19, after the period and before the word "Nothing" insert "Saving clause".

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said motion, and it was decided in the affirmative, as follows:
