By unanimous consent, Mr. Ames moved to amend the Assembly bill entitled "An act to amend an act entitled 'An act to amend the several acts incorporating the village of Pulaski, in the county of Oswego,' passed April 19, 1858," as follows:

Insert after the word "power" in 4th line, the words "in all criminal cases."

Strike out all after the word "liability" in the 5th line, to the word "it" in the 7th line.

Sec. 2, ninth line, after the word "power" insert "in all criminal cases;" also in the 10th line, after the word "fees" insert "therefor," and strike out all after the word "therein " in the 14th line.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to said motion, and it was decided in the affirmative.
