That there is hereby appropriated out of the 2 public treasury the following sums of money on account of the 3 contingent expenses of the present session of the legislature: 4 For contingent expenses of the senate, one thousand five 5 hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary for said 6 purposes. 7 For contingent expenses of the house of delegates, two 8 thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary for said 9 purposes.
