J. Creswell, Edwin H. Webster, Henry Winter Davis, Francis Thomas, and Benjamin G. Harris, be placed on the roll of the House of Representatives from Maryland. The same having been read, Mr. Dawes moved the previous question. Pending which, Mr. James C. Allen moved that the resolution be laid on the table.
