I am much pleased to hear that you are about to furnish the friends of Religion with a new edition of that excellent work, "Palmer's Collection of Family Prayers." That it is the duty of all to worship God, and "to bring up their children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord," is evident. That this cannot be done while family prayer is neglected, is equally clear. There are some, however, that need assistance in the discharge of this import int duty; and to these I can safly recommend this little volume. It will be found to breathe a true spirit of evangelical di votion.
