Decisions of the Board of United States General Appraisers adverse to the Government take effect thirty days after their respective dates, if not appealed from, in accordance with section 15 of the act of June 10, 1890, as amended by the act of May 27, 1908. Decisions of United States circuit courts and of United States circuit courts of appeals adverse to the Government are not accepted as final until acquiescence has been published. GEORGE B.
