Statute noted as repealed comes within the purview of L. 1801, Ch. 188, and is thus repealed by L. 1801, Ch. 193.

L. 1813, Ch. 202.- Repeals "all acts and parts of acts heretofore passed by the legislature of this state which come within the purview or operation of any of the acts passed during the present

session of the legislature commonly called the revised acts." Statute noted as repealed comes within the purview of 2 R. L., 1813, Ch. 88, and is thus repealed by L. 1813, Ch. 202.

L. 1788, Ch. 46, § 36.- Statute noted as repealed comes within the purview of L. 1801, Ch. 90, § 28, and is repealed by L. 1801, Ch. 193. See preceding note.

L. 1841, Ch. 247. This statute is a repealing act and since the repeal has been inserted in the schedule of the Civil Rights Law, the repealing act is recommended for repeal.

L. 1873, Ch. 186.— Sections 1-3 have been repealed. Section 4, “This act shall take effect immediately," is obsolete.

L. 1881, Ch. 400.- Sections 1 and 2 have been repealed. Section 3, "This act shall take effect immediately," is obsolete.
