The committee of conference on the difference between the two Houses relative to

H. B. No. 189; Supplementary to the "act to provide for the organization of cities and incorporated villages," passed May 3, 1852, have had the same under advisement and recommend that the first section of said bill be amended by striking out the first proviso therein, the same occurring after the word "progress," in the 23rd line, also the word "further," in the second proviso.
