Resolved, That the committee of the whole be discharged from the further consideration of Assembly bill No. 2266, entitled "An act to amend chapter 481 of the Laws of 1897, entitled 'An act to amend the Town Law and the acts amendatory thereof, relating to the holding of town meetings,' relative to the election of town officers in certain cases" (Rec. No. 619), and that the same be ordered to a third reading.
