I. ACTS ACCOUNT.

ix. 17-22.

x. 17. AND Ananias went his y, and entered into the house; 1 putting his hands on him 1, Brother Saul, the Lord, en Jesus, that appeared unto e in the way as thou camest, ch sent me, that thou mightest eive thy sight, and be filled th the Holy Ghost. 18. And immediately there I from his eyes as it had been les: and he received sight thwith, and arose, and was ptized.

19. And when he had received eat, he was strengthened.Then is Saul certain days with the sciples which were at Damas

20. And straightway he eached Christ in the syna›gues, that he is the Son of od.

21. But all that heard him ere amazed, and said; Is not is he that destroyed them hich called on this name in erusalem, and came hither for at intent, that he might bring em bound unto the chief riests?

22. But Saul increased the ore in strength, and confoundl the Jews which dwelt at Daascus, proving that this is very Christ.

II. PAUL'S ACCOUNT. As per Acts xxii. 12-16. xxii. 12. And one Ananias, a devout man according to the law, having a good report of all the Jews which dwelt there,

13. Came unto me, and stood, and said unto me, Brother Saul, receive thy sight. And the same hour I looked up upon him.

14. And he said, The God of our fathers hath chosen thee, that thou shouldest know his will, and see that Just One, and shouldest hear the voice of his mouth.

15. For thou shalt be his witness unto all men of what thou hast seen and heard.

16. And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.
