Nu-Kraft is affiliated company of United Steel formed 10 years ago to Import
non-steel products. United Steel is 50% owned by Tokyo Bokiwi, in business
for 35 years. Nu-Kraft is owned by Harold Greenberg, President of United Steel.
Tokyo Bokiwi is not involved in Nu-Kraft.

Mr. Van Amraat is European agent/customer for Nu-Kraft. He in turn sells the
Kromfax to European distributors, e.g. Italy and Germany who then dilute and/or
repackage for sale to actual users all for textile application. Van Amraat's
primary business is construction; he mentioned food processing plants. Also
international trading, shipping, and forwarding operations.

Considerable discussion on tight supply and escalating prices of raw materials, -EO and H2S. However, both Franz and Nick were emphatic that lower price of Kromfax was necessary to maintain and increase their sales position. Final offer was for their total requirements at $0.56 per pound. We gave Nick two copies of the attached contract.

Apparently Morton Thiokol has made only one shipment to them and did not
perform well with regard to scheduling and paperwork. Wick was very complimentary
regarding the help and cooperation he has received from Leslie.

Note to Bob Singer and Eddy Mahieu: We really need more market information
on the use of Kromfax in both U.S.A. and Europe.

Eddy: Please make contact with Van Auraat and also Colimex in Germany and
-Datt in Italy. Datt is our oldest Kromfax customer in Europe; could we offer
him some incentive for information?
