STANFORD PUBLIC ACTS. CHAPTER I. An Act to provide for the Organization and Equipment of a Volunteer Militia, and to provide for the Public Defence. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives, in General Assembly convened: authorized to SECTION 1.
