[House Bill No. 1.]

AN ACT

To amend sections 17 and 18 of an act entitled: "An act to further
define the powers, duties and jurisdiction of the state liability
board of awards with reference to the collection, maintenance
and disbursement of the state insurance fund for the benefit
of injured, and the dependents of killed employes and requir-
ing contributions thereto by employers, and to repeal sections
1465-42, 1465-43, 1465-45, 1465-46, 1465-53, 1465-54, 1465-55,
1465-56, 1465-57, 1465-58, 1465-59, 1465-60, 1465-61, 1465-62,
1465-63, 1465-64, 1465-65, 1465-66, 1465-67, 1465-68, 1465-69,
1465-70, 1465-71, 1465-72, 1465-73, 1465-74, 1465-75, 1465-76,
1465-77, 1465-78, 1465-79 of the General Code," passed Febru-
ary 26, 1913, approved March 14, 1913, and filed in the office
of the secretary of state March 17, 1913, relating to the
amount to be contributed to the insurance fund by the state
and its several subdivisions.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio:
SECTION 1. That sections 17 and 18 of an act entitled:
"an act to further define the powers, duties and jurisdiction
of the state liability board of awards with reference to the
collection, maintenance and disbursement of the state in-
surance fund for the benefit of injured, and the dependents
of killed employes and requiring contributions thereto by
employers, and to repeal sections 1465-42, 1465-43, 1465-45,
1465-46, 1465-53, 1465-54, 1465-55, 1465-56, 1465-57, 1465-
58, 1465-59, 1465-60, 1465-61, 1465-62, 1465-63,, 1465-64,
1465-65, 1465-66, 1465-67, 1465-68, 1465-69, 1465-70, 1465-
71, 1465-72, 1465-73, 1465-74, 1465-75, 1465-76, 1465-77,
1465-78, 1465-79 of the General Code," passed February 26,
1913, approved March 14, 1913, and filed in the office of the
secretary of state March 17, 1913, be and they are hereby
amended to read as follows:

Sec. 17. In the month of January in the year 1914 the
auditor of state shall draw his warrant on the treasurer of
state, in favor of said treasurer as custodian of the state
insurance fund, and for deposit to the credit of said fund,
for a sum equal to one per centum of the amount of money
expended by the state during the last preceding fiscal year,
for the service of persons described in sub-division one of
section fourteen hereof, which said sums are hereby ap-
propriated and made available for such payments; and
