THE unexpectedly large size of this "Part" of the Cases in For the temporary convenience of students, the earlier Parts were bound into one volume, entitled "Parts One and Two," a name intended to indicate that the book was not put forward as Volume One of the entire work. Parts III. and IV. will not be bound together. The division between Volumes One and Two will fall in the middle of Part III., at the end of Chapter Six; leaving six chapters for the second volume. The present Part is accompanied with Titlepages and a Preface, Table of Cases, Table of Subjects, and Index for the entire work, together with certain "Directions to the Binder," for making the division No special Table of Cases or of Subjects for Part IV. seems J.
