AUDITOR'S REPORT.

To the Honorable,

The SPEAKER of the House of Representatives.

SIR: I have the honor to submit the following Report, shewing the receipts and expenditures at the Treasury, during the year ending on the 1st of December, 1839; the present condition of the School Fund, with the amount of interest thereon, to be apportioned to the several counties, on the 1st day of January next; the amount of revenue derivable from taxation for the present year, shewing the amount due from each County, so far as a revenue has been assessed; the condition of the Treasury at this time, and what will be its probable condition on the 1st of December, 1810; and, also, the present indebtedness of the State on account of Stocks sold.
