AN ACT

To provide for the future proceedings in the Probate Mobile county. Court of Mobile county, and to ratify the proceedings

of the Hon. George W. Bond, acting as Judge of said

court.

WHEREAS, The Hon. Raphael Semmes was elected Preamble. Judge of the probate court of Mobile county in May, 1866, and for considerations well known, he has not been permitted to perform the duties of said office, and it is of urgent necessity that there should be a probate court held in said county, therefore,

SECTION 1.
