Mr. Sage, from the committee on finance, to which was referred the nomination of Oscar S. Straus of New York city as a member of the Public Service Commission for the First District, reported the same to the Senate for confirmation.

D., of New York city as a trustee of the New York State Hospital for the Treatment of Incipient Pulmonary Tuberculosis, reported the same to the Senate for confirmation.
