same.

Ordered, That the Clerk transmit said bill to the mayor of the city of Buffalo for a hearing, pursuant to the provisions of the Constitution.

The Assembly returned the Senate bill (No. 1356, Int. No. 1067) entitled "An act to amend chapter three hundred and fiftysix of the Laws of nineteen hundred and seven, entitled 'An act to provide for the construction of intercepting sewers in and for the city of Syracuse,' in relation to the cancellation of contracts," with a message that they have concurred in the passage of the

same.

The Assembly returned the Senate bill (No. 745, Int. No. 648) entitled "An act in relation to parole and rearrest of females committed to or escaping from charitable or religious institutions carrying on reformatory work for women in the city of New York," with a message that they have concurred in the passage of the same.

The Assembly returned the Senate bill (No. 1409, Int. No. 322) entitled “An act to amend chapter six hundred and forty-six of the Laws of nineteen hundred and seventeen, entitled 'An act to supplement chapter six hundred and forty-six of the Laws of nineteen hundred and five, entitled "An act to provide for the construction and maintenance of a sanitary trunk sewer and sanitary outlet sewer in the county of Westchester, and to provide means for the payment thereof," as amended; to fix and determine the area benefited by the trunk sewer and outlet sewer con

structed and maintained under the provisions of said act, as amended, and to provide for taxes and assessments within and without such benefited area to pay the cost of constructing, maintaining and operating the said trunk sewer and outlet sewer,' in relation to the boundaries of the assessment districts and taxes assessed on lands excluded therefrom by this act," with a message that they have concurred in the passage of the same.

Ordered, That the Clerk transmit said bill to the mayor of the cities of Mount Vernon and Yonkers for a hearing, pursuant to the provisions of the Constitution.

The Assembly returned the Senate bill (No. 1282, Int. No. 855) entitled "An act to amend chapter two hundred and seventeen of the Laws of nineteen hundred and fourteen, entitled 'An act to provide a charter for the city of Buffalo,' and acts amendatory thereof, in relation to taxation," with a message that they have concurred in the passage of the same.
