Senate met, pursuant to adjournment.
Lientenant-Governor Dougherty in the chair. '
Prayer by the Rev. Mr. Wines.
T'he journal was being read, when,

On motion of Mr. Addams,
The further reading of the same was dispensed with.

Mr. McManus introduced a bill (S.B. No. 811) for “An act supplemental to Senate bill, No. 18, entitled 'an act to incorporate the Dixon and Quincy Railroad Company."

Which was read a first time, and
Ordered to a second reading.

On motion of Mr. McManus, The rule was unanimously dispensed with, the bill read a second time, and

Ordered to a third reading.

Senate bill, No. 811, for "An act supplemental to Senate bill, No. 18, entitled 'an act to incorporate the Dixon and Quincy Railroad Company,'” was read a third time,

And the question being, “Shall this bill pass ? ”
