The import duties paid upon sugars of a quality inferior or equal to the first sample will be

returned upon the exportation of refined sugar in the following proportions for sugar imported directly, in French ships, from countries out of Europe, upon the production of a receipt, of not more than four months' date, of payment of the import duties:

The Right Honourable the Lords of the Committee of Privy Council for Trade and Plantations have received, through the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, a copy of a Despatch from Her Majesty's Consul at Malaga, reporting that a quarantine of three days will be imposed on all vessels arriving at that port from Gibraltar, Marseilles, and Genoa.

The Right Honourable the Lords of the Committee of Privy Council for Trade and Plantations have received, through the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, a copy of a Despatch from Her Majesty's Consul at Malaga, reporting that all vessels arriving from ports in the United Kingdom will be subjected to a quarantine of three days, unless provided, in addition to the ordinary bill of health, with a certificate from the Spanish Consul at the port of departure, declaring that all due sanitary precautions are enforced at such port.

The Field-Marshal Commanding-in-Chief has much gratification in publishing to the Army the commands of the Queen, for the promotion of the following Officers, for their distinguished services during the late war, namely:
