The Assembly bill (No. 1015, Senate Reprint 1642, Rec. No. 233) entitled "An act to amend the Insurance Law, in relation to agents of non-admitted insurers, was read the third time.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to the final passage of said bill, the same having been printed and upon the desks of the members in its final form for three calendar legislative days, and it was decided in the affirmative, a majority of all the Senators elected voting in favor thereof, and threefifths being present as follows:

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to the final passage of said bill, an emergency calling for the passage of the same having been declared by the Governor and it was decided in the affirmative, two-thirds of all the Senators elected voting in favor thereof, as follows:

No. 413) entitled "An act to amend chapter five hundred and sixty-eight of the Laws of nineteen hundred and nine, entitled 'An act to grant to the city of New York certain lands under water in Jamaica bay and vicinity,' to authorize the Commissioners of the Land Office of the State of New York, in their discretion, to grant to the city of New York all the right, title and interest of the State of New York not heretofore granted in and to certain of such lands, and to authorize the city of New York to convey certain of such lands," was read the third time.
