A bill to repeal the duties now imposed by law on the importations of coal and paper and paper envelopes.
A bill to amend an act entitled "An act further to provide for the collection of duties on imports and for other purposes," approved July 13, 1861. A bill to repeal so much of the acts of Congress 38 approved March 3, 1845, and August 6, 1846, as authorizes the transportation of goods imported; from foreign countries through the United States to the Canadas, and from the Canadas through the United States to be exported to foreign coun- tries.
