An act explanatory of an act entitled "An act to release from duty iron prepared for and actually laid on railways and inclined planes." A bill respecting discriminating duties upon Dutch and Belgian vessels and their cargoes and to re- fund a part of the duty paid by the Belgian ves. sel Antonius. [Title amended by striking out all after the word "cargoes."]
