ton, Scott, Wichita, Greeley, Kingman, Smith, Sherman, Rooks, Stafford,
Gray, Grant, Stanton, Haskell, Decatur, Hodgeman, Reno, Sumner,
Stevens, Morton, Finney, Crawford and Bourbon counties, state of Kan-
sas.

752. An act to amend section 24, article 2, chapter 27, of the Session
Laws of 1868, entitled "An act relating to the supreme court," and being
section 1917 of the General Statutes of 1901, and to repeal the original sec-
tion 24 of article

2 of chapter 27 of the Laws of 1868, being section 1917 of
the Statutes of Kansas, 1901.

757. An act for the permanent improvement of public roads and the
construction of reservoirs for the storage of surface-water, and providing
for carrying into effect thereof in Smith county, Kansas.

758. An act amending section 2 of chapter 55 of the Session Laws of
1895, being "An act authorizing cities of the second class to purchase, pro-
cure, provide, contract for and construct water-works, electric-light and
gas plants and to issue bonds for the indebtedness created thereby," and
repealing the original section so amended.

762. An act making appropriations for the current expenses of the
Soldiers' Orphans' Home for the fiscal years ending June 30, 1904, and June
30, 1905, for the fire protection and for the construction of a road.

764. An act making an appropriation to pay for necessary furniture and fixtures in the Grand Army Museum, and to pay for publication of the reports of the department commander of the Grand Army of the Republic to the governor.

to the permanent school fund and authorizing the state treasurer to de-
liver certain bonds to the attorney-general for such purpose.

777. An act fixing the salary of the clerk of the district court of
Meade county, Kansas.

for the costs incurred in the case of The State of Kansas vs. Frank Grimes,
state treasurer, et al., in the district court of Osage county, Kansas.
