Also, House bill No. 137, An act to amend section 6, chapter 68, General Statutes of Kansas, 1901, relating to the release of mortgages, and repealing said original section, and instruct me to report the bill back to the Senate with the recommendation that it be passed.

Also, Senate bill No. 340, An act to amend section 3 of chapter 129 of the Laws of 1901, being the third paragraph of section No. 1611 of the General Statutes of Kansas of 1901, said chapter being entitled "An act providing for the fixing of commissioner districts and the election of county commissioners of the several counties in the state of Kansas, and repealing all acts and parts of acts in conflict with the provisions of this act," and instruct me to report the bill back to the Senate with the recommendation that it be passed.
